He was late arriving for our appointment with no apology. He was also not friendly and not easy to engage in a conversation. The house value that was assigned in the written appraisal was much less than it should have been based on past appraisals of our home and subsequent improvements which have been made since the last appraisal. He did also did not make note of all of our home's assets in the written appraisal.
