He showed up on time.  Gave a reasonable estimate.  Did go with the stain I wanted instead of the stain he preferred.  However he was supposed to finish up and correct a few problems on the deck.   e.g. Removing nails which were a hazard and making sure all boards were secure. 
He did NOT complete these safety features.  He was very personable but did not follow through as expected (or promised).

No complaints. They performed the job to our complete satisfaction and we received numerous compliments from our neighbors. When i asked, they also gave us a senior discount of 10%. Very satisfied.

We like this service because it lasts for at least two seasons (weather dependent). We have used this service about 3 times since 2007. There is very little mess and they clean up very well after the work. We did have one issue with the pergola. The worker did not stain the top of the pergola. Ordinarily that would not be an issue in most settings, but the top of the pergola was visible from the large living rooms windows slightly higher than the pergola. They came out the following day and gladly remedied the issue at no additional charge.

Everything went as was planned. It looks wonderful.

They are very easy to work with and are willing to do what you want, not what they want. They are respectable and courteous. Have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

They had some flexibility in their schedule, and ended up coming out earlier than we had previously scheduled. With that, they were willing to clear our deck off for us. They moved all of the furniture. That was very nice of them. All of my dealings with the manager were very pleasant. They did a great job.

The siding was starting to chip off. They came out and fixed it. I didn?t spend anything on the work. They are very prompt, professional, and they do what they say. I will use them again in the future.

Initial cleaning included a spray application of a cleaning mix and then a power rinse. Once dried I noticed some areas that were missed. I contacted the owner requesting a second cleaning of areas that were missed. They returned within one business day to clean areas. Four days later they arrived to stain the entire deck. Invoice is presented at the completion of the work along with comment card. I graded them as fair based on two issues, first was the need of a second cleaning. Second, was an issue with coverage of the stain. Prior to initial cleaning I had replaced some of the deck boards and finials. The finials lacked sufficient stain coverage and the new deck boards were lightly covered. The side of the boards near the surface looked as though their was no attempt to apply stain. The color difference between old and new boards had been discussed, so I was prepared for that. I included my disappoinment on the comment card mailed with the payment. I have received no contact to date from the company regarding my comments. See photos for example.

We had hired a previous company that did not remove all the mold off the deck so we had to find another company. Aaron came out quickly and gave us an overall price. We had the upper and lower side of our deck finished because we sit under a big part of the deck. He told us when he would come and that was exactly when they showed up. The products they use are environmently friendly which was important to us because of all our plantings. Our deck is 18 years olf and looks close to brand new.

Excellent. Due to my work schedule, it took some time to meet initially but once we did Aaron provided a thorough analysis of the work to be done and cost provided on the spot.

I called the company on Wednesday and Aaron came out on Thursday to give me an estimate after listening to what I wanted done. He gave me what I thought was a reasonable price and I was pleased with his attention to detail in what his crew would do. Though we agreed on having the work done within two weeks, Aaron was able to send a crew out the next day as the weather looked bad for the coming week. They cleaned the deck and stairs with a powerwasher removing all the grime and green. They were thorough and efficient. Aaron called to say they had a time slot open and though I couldn't be home, the crew were able to do the work. They matched the color very well and the deck and stairs look good. I could see no mess nor overspray on my windows, or lower patio. The landscaped areas adjoining the deck looked undisturbed. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the timeliness.

Easy/Fast and Efficient!

The company did an excellent job. They worked for about an hour, carefully making sure to remove all dirt, grime and discolored areas and leaving the deck ready for an application of stain/sealer.

THEY WERE GOOD. THERE WAS ONLY ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE TO PRESSURE WASH THE DECK, BUT THEY DIDN'T MOVE THE FURNITURE BACK, I HAD TO MOVE IT MYSELF.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. IT TOOK THEM A FEW HOURS. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND HAD GOOD RECORDS. THEY SAW THAT I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND THEY JUST ASKED IF I WANTED THE SAME THINGS DONE AGAIN. I ALSO GOT A REDUCED RATE FOR BEING A REPEAT CUSTOMER, SO I DON'T THINK THAT I WANT TO CHANGE COMPANIES ANYTIME SOON.
