We have used Brewer for more than 20 years and have always been very pleased with their work and their professionalism. We have used them for annual air-conditioning and furnace inspection and maintenance; sometimes we schedule appointments, but they often call us if one of their trucks is in our area, to see if we would like them to come on over.Our current house is about 100 years old. When we bought it 14 years ago, we asked Brewer to add central A/C and heating to the upper floor. Figuring out how to put in duct pipes and vents was very tricky, because of the twists and turns in the attic and room ceilings. However, the Brewer team came up with wonderful solutions -- including lowering the ceiling a little bit in order to hide the pipes. Sometimes Brian Brewer comes to do the annual work, and sometimes it's Gary. Both are very nice and very professional.

We were happy with their work. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. When I had some problems with my home owner?s insurance, they reduced the price for me without me asking them to. It would have been $3300 but they charged me $3100. I thought they did the job very quickly. They could handle the insurance problems. They stood behind their product. They only would sell us a Westinghouse furnace. They felt very strongly about that and that was the product they wanted to put in. We went with their advice and that was what we got. We got another quote from a pretty reputable company, which was recommended to us by our neighbor, and they were a little more expensive.
