Winner's Circle Inspections is a locally owned and operated company that services the metro Louisville area and surrounding counties, as well as southern Indiana. We area a small business that works closely with clients so that no customer feels like, '' just a number''. In addition to our complete detailed home inspections, we also offer Radon testing using the most accurate testing equipment on the market today. We offer many first time buyers specials and generous discounts to our military, first responders and front line medical staff at our local hospitals. Joe was amazing!!! He responded very quickly to my call for help for a home inspection. It was also very busy for everyone I called and he was able to squeeze me in within a few days. He was also very thorough before, during and after the inspection. He will still answer questions if I reach out to him. He knows what he is doing and will let you know everything you want to know! Joe was great and even came out on a Saturday to do an inspection when his website stated that he works Monday through Friday. My wife and I are going through the first time of buying a home and he made that part very seamless. We won’t be using any other business for things like this in the future because first impressions mean a lot.

The inspector, Joe, was friendly efficient and thorough. After the inspection, he spent time with myself and the buyers to explain his findings. He walked them through and made suggestions and talk to them about some options they may have. I would certainly use Joe again. I have the upmost trust in him.
