Service was GREAT! Called the store and asked for pricing, made the appointment for a Saturday morning, and that was it! They arrived on time, re-keying was quick and painless, and made new keys. A friend suggested that I could have it done cheaper at one of the local home improvement or hardware stores, by removing the locks myself, taking them to the store, reinstalling the locks, but for me it was well worth the cost not to have to bother. SO easy to just have Willis Klein come take care of it instead. I'd definitely call them again! They charged $64.50 for a service call, $30/half hour, and $9.50/cylinder. The extra keys were a few $'s more.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION. I THINK THEY'RE PROBABLY ONE OF THE MORE RESPECTED LOCKSMITHS IN THE AREA. THERE'S NOT A LOT TO SAY ABOUT PUTTING IN A DEADBOLT. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. A "B" IS ABOVE AVERAGE.
