Excellent! I admire their work as a painter my self. They really care about the quality and the owner keeps in touch with the customer. They're a great company.

My experience with them has been very good. I use them all the time. A year ago they painted my entire house. They do their job very well. They're great painters. There's no paint on anything, including the windows. They're great. They're very professional and very responsive.

We had a satisfactory experience with Whitehouse but I don't know that I would use them again.  We really liked Susan and going through the consultation process.  The estimate price was middle of the road and we appreciated the 10% discount for winter.   However, we were unhappy that we were not notified that the ceiling was not included in the quote until the morning painting was to begin.  They were aware of this issue several weeks in advance so we feel it would have been more professional for this to have been brought to our attention prior to start so we could have known the quote was not right.  I felt as though they knew that as well and chose to try to pressure us into paying more when they got there rather than giving us an opportunity to decide to go with a better quote.  We consider that poor customer service and the main reason why I do not give them an "A". The drywall repair portion with Jim was very professional and well done.  They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and even came back after the paint crew left to inspect everything.  The crew of painters were very friendly and quick to finish the job.  We were overall happy with the quality of the job especially given the 2-story/stairway aspect of the job.  I will note that they did get paint on the carpet and wood floor in many spots and did not clean off splatter on the doorknobs.  These were not a big deal to us as we were replacing the carpet, but something to note to potential customers.  I don't think that is unusual for any painting crew though.
