Not recommended. Does not know how to give an estimate. Will give you a quote and when while the work is being done the price will go up and up and up. Even then, the work that is supposed to be done is half assed. Would not recommend this company to anyone. When trying to resolve the unsatisfactory work to the owner, only given excuses. The owner, Norman Wheatley, is hotheaded and totally unprofessional. He should take a class on business ethics and basic customer service.

I had a good experience with Wheatley Home Improvement. I guess they're kinda corroborable with what I expected. I would sure use this provider again.

They  responded promptly with an estimate,  did good work in a professional manner at half the cost of the other estimate I received. I'm very satisfied and would use them for other services they provide.

Great job and really nice to deal with.

A three man crew arrived promptly around 8:00 a.m. and began removing the old gutters from my two story home.  I showed them where I wanted the downspouts placed so they could be attached to the rain barrels.  I also asked for the 2nd story downspouts to drain into the 1st floor gutters rather than spilling onto the roof.  Four to five hours later I had newly installed  6 inch gutters with  a mesh gutter cover. 
The guys did excellent work and carted off all the old materials.  I only found 3 gutter clips so their clean up was pretty meticulous.  The next day we had a steady, moderate rain and the gutters and downspouts performed beautifully.  I could certainly tell a big difference from the old leaky gutters.  The mesh covers appear to be performing adequately - the pods of a few 'whirlybirds' have gotten caught in the mesh but none of them seem to have penetrated through to the actual gutter itself.  I was a little concerned about my plantings and bushes being trampled but I needn't have worried - not a single leaf was harmed!

I met with 6 different gutter/roofing companies and Mr. Wheatley was, by far, the most professional, competent, clear, and fair person I met.  He gave me his honest opinion, explained why he was recommending what he was recommending, and gave me options.  He used no scare tactics to get me to do other work on my house, which many people do.  His price was very competitive.   The workers were efficient, skilled, and my yard was clean when they were finished.  His workers told me they had worked with him for years, one was his brother.  My gutters look amazing still.  I recommend Wheatley Home Improvements without reservation and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Jan has completed other projects during the past two years for us. We are always pleased with all aspects. We are very particular about who is left alone in our home but we trust him implicitly. He is always punctual and well prepared. You may have to wait to get him in due to a strong following of loyal customers but he is worth the wait.
Old world craftsman and work ethic. They dont make them like him anymore.
