this company is so wonderful. The three installers were very polite and competent. Chris, Evan, and JT did the install in two days. They tore out an old shower and put in a beautiful shining snow white tub and enclosure. It’s beautiful and I can’t wait to use it. They cleaned up after the demo and explained everything to me step-by-step. I thoroughly enjoyed having them work in my home for two days. Thank you so much, Westshore!

Summary: beware of this company. They will make verbal commitments that they will not honor. For the prices they charge, this should have all been super smooth. Initial install was left incomplete after 2 full days when I was told install would take 1-2 days. The initial salesman didn't think my HVAC vent would be in the way of the vanity but it was so install was left incomplete. They sent out an HVAC company after I called multiple times trying to get them scheduled. The HVAC company closed current vent and created a new one. However, they introduced a pipe leak, which as of this writing, has been actively leaking for more than a week. I have been in the process of trying to get the leak fixed and have had to speak to multiple people, none of which seemed to have any effect. I finally was able to get the installers to schedule a date to finish the incomplete portions of job, but it's a month after initial install date. As of this writing, I'm not sure how that will go.

They found water damage in some boards, due to a crack in the existing shower floor. And they replaced everything that needed attention. We were thankful that it was just not covered over as it was. They explained what was being done & they did an excellent job. I was very satisfied. We would definitely use them again.
