They have been excellent. Joe and his staff are very professional and they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

I called Weber's number for an appointment and Joe called me the same day to schedule a time. The technician was prompt, very professional, and efficient in his work and summary of my furnace condition. A terrific job all around.

Actually, I don’t think they’ve charged us for it yet, because they are ordering something. They are really good, we use them all the time for several years.

I had told the technician that I had just had some remodeling so I was sure there was drywall dust in my furnace. I had changed the filter and it was coated. All he did was tell me that the burners were firing properly and wipe out in front of the burners(which I had already done). For a charge of $85, I feel the blower and firing cases should have been taken out and cleaned. I was not pleased with the service.

Joe had done service work for us in the past so when it came time to build a new house he automatically had the job. The work is top notch and done in a timely manner. I would not use anyone else.

Explained numerous options for a replacement Heating/AC units.
Quickly provided an estimate for several options.
Worked the job into their schedule quickly.
Performed the job with minimal disruptions to the household.
Followed up for final checks and adjustments.
Overall a quality job, and I felt his employees maintained professional standards and were concerned about a quality job and not a rush job.

It was very difficult to set up an appt with Weber but I was determined since I've heard such good things about this company, and had also had Weber out to inspect and clean my heater in March 2011. Once I reached them we set up a date and they came out, they also made helpful recommendations.

He does great work. If it can be fixed, he will fix it. He is highly trustworthy. Highest regards are due to him! We have used him for twenty years and his work is always wonderful. We would not think of calling anybody else.

They have prompt service, never try to do something that doesn't need done. We have always felt very safe in their hands. We have used them for about 10 to 15 years.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE OUR HEATING AND AIR AND THEIR PRICES ARE THE BEST COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. IT WAS DONE IN THE SPRING JUST FOR MAINTENANCE TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE WOULDN'T BE ANY PROBLEMS WHEN WE WOULD NEED IT IN THE SUMMER.
