They missed my pickup two weeks in a row due to “inclement weather”. Somehow the entire city of Louisville got back to work after a few days, but Waste Management (an essential service) can’t get it together. They didn’t notify me that my pickup was missed, they still charged me full price on my bill. Impossible to contact customer service, and their chat drops you before you can speak to anyone. I will be cancelling my service with them and making a complaint to the city.

I have always had my garbage cans out in a timely manner for pick up and in the same location. This time my garbage did not get picked up and they state it was because it was to close to my mailbox. They will not send anyone to pick it up. Also there was others in the neighborhood that day that had the same issue and was told the same thing. Apparently it was a new driver. It is sad as now we are having to pay more for services and follow rules but they can blatantly mess up and we have to suffer. Now our garbage will develop maggots and smell.

I was at work trying to make a living to provide for my children out in the parking lot on May 20 the WM truck was speeding backwards and hit my truck so hard that he moved it out of the parking space. Lawn service came got me I went out there the drive was so nonchalant about the accident and said well things like this happen. I was very upset to say the least. I called the police they came, WM supervisor came even the supervisor ask why are you in this area driving backwards? Mind you the dumpsters were maybe 5 (city) blocks away from where I was parked. Driver said I was leaving. I ask leaving in reverse? I questioned why you didn't see my truck you literally have 4 camera on the back he stated in front of the officer oh they don't work. I replied that is a DOT violation I will see that they know that for ya.. well it's now June 29 I have spoken with 3 insurance adjuster 1 supervisor have done everything I was told to do and still have no transportation (the hit broke my shifter cable) and they keep saying everyday I'm am gonna get a rental. STILL NOTHING!!

This is not the city dump. I made the mistake of taking residential trash to this facility and was charged an exorbitant rate. There is no customer service--I have tried every route--so I am unable to clarify why I was charged $190 and $175 for the two loads of household trash bags I dropped off at this waste site. Louisville has a trash site on Meriweather; this privately run facility charges outrageous fees for trash drop off, and provides no customer service for their operation.

The actual workers are great and friendly, but the company itself is bad. There has been a lack of consistency for the last 6 months to the point of fraud. WM missed a pickup, changed it to the next day, next day came and went, then they showed it for next week. I get on chat to ask what is going on and they told me they didn't have enough employees to do the pickup that week but they will refund my money. I asked why I need to prompt them for a refund if they failed to do the work. In speaking with neighbors, none of them were notified or refunded, so WM fraudulently collected their money while providing no service or notification. Most recently, after 3 yrs of 5-7pm pickups, they decided to pickup at 6:50AM 3 days ago. Currently, the majority of my neighbors have their bins out still because the common assumption is that WM just forgot to pickup again, this lack of consistency and assumption of the worst paints a horrible picture of WM. They are also the most expensive too.

They only come and pick the trash up whenever they feel like it. Customer service is 0 and their business is a sham

Two weeks in a row now. Last week a day late. This week, no show. Customer service is great, but they cannot do anything. The guys on the truck are friendly and do a great job. But, this company is having issues. Signed up for them to send me messages when they are going to be late, etc. Have yard waste service, too. They charge their full amount but now only show up every other week rather than weekly. No deduction on that full amount. Today, one day late, it is after hours, and they are a no show and there is no message on my phone or my email. Called twice today to verify they plan to show up. Both times I was assured they were. I've had enough. I've been with them for years, but I've had enough with the rate increases and the total lack of service. I would rather pay more and know my trash will be picked up.

I wish I could, give negative stars!!!! They are LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Terrible customer service Terrible hidden fee's and just liar and money hungry as well! I don't know where to start I received the WORST customer service today! What type of business allows their customers service reps to argue with customers if a customer is irate why add fuel to the fire that only make things worse and instead of trying to resolve the problem the rude rep just hung up on me after I had to wait an entire HOUR AND A HALF I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!! Terrible company Terrible service!

Had the service for 5 years. Rates went up while offering new customers low rates.

They pick it up every week. They're fine, and I haven't had any problem with them. I'm hoping they're complying with the laws.

I like that they take the garbage up when they're supposed to. They're pretty efficient and we have no issues. They come about 10 o'clock in the morning. They're pretty reliable and show up when they're supposed to. They're just good garbage people.

My experience with them has been very good. They're here when they're supposed to be, are tidy, and if we need to call them and ask them to pick something larger up, they do. We're in a condo association so we have a contract and don't personally pay them.

Waste Management are fine. They take your garbage away twice a week and take lawn debris away on another day. I'm highly satisfied with them.

They pretty much control the whole area. I pay monthly and it includes recycling. They are there pretty much on time every Monday morning around 8 am. They have never not picked up my garbage. There are the only garbage collection in the area so I have no choice but to use them.

They are very clean and neat. They are timely. They are very reasonable. They come over every Monday.
