It has been a nightmare. We have very high credit, paid a lot down on our home and have good jobs. (thank goodness). I was told back in mid-January that it would be a streamlined review with no appraisal and a total of 750 no additional charges. It has been 8 weeks, we needed an appraisal I can't get anyone to call back or even the manager of the processor assigned to us. Everytime I zero out to get a person I am pushed back further and further. I can't get any answers or any call backs etc. We are refinancing 282,000 which to us a LOT of money. To WaMu it must not be a drop in the bucket. Don't ever use WaMu to finance or re-finance... they lie to you and never call back. No wonder banks are going out of business.
