+ -1 moreThe house we purchased was not "move-in ready", and we had several other trades also doing work in an effort to get the house in order. Mike was cooperative about doing work-arounds with the other folks who were in and out, since we knew his job would be the most time consuming. He is prompt, reliable, efficient, unfailingly cheerful, and very meticulous. He even brought extra equipment which helped us in installing art work in a stairwell (very tricky business). We felt quite comfortable in arranging for him to have access to the house when we couldn't be there. We will definitely call on him when we have other projects.
Description of Work: Patched and repaired walls where wallpaper was removed, complete wall prep including patching, caulking, sealing (where required), sanded and primed entire house, applied a minimum of 2 finish coats to wall and trim to entire house (3000 sq ft)
