I never had any problems like dropped calls. Sometimes if we have complains we go to their service store and that's when we have to wait.

When I used them in Washington their service was really good but now as I am using them in Kentucky their service is not as good. I would use them again in the future.

TV Service - Cable
They know their business. Thanksgiving day we turned the television on and realized we were without service. We didn't even have to call them and they had the service fixed. They are a little more expensive than some, but their quality is high. We pay a monthly fee and if we need them to come out then they will. I would hope that their prices would not keep going up, but they keep improving their service so I doubt it will go down.

They have always been great. I have a basic plan that does include text messaging that I don't use often. I rarely hit any dead spots or have a dropped call.
