They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it.

Six years ago I had 15 members of our family scheduled here for Thanksgiving dinner. It was the day before they were to arrive, and...the toilet stopped up. What to do?? I got out the Yellow Pages and started calling. Venhoff was the only plumber that answered. They came right out and the toilet was fixed in 30 minutes. I thought, well now, they will really charge me a high price because of the holiday. Not at all. They only charged me for the time they were here. I kept the bill, and when we needed a plumber here again today, I called them and they came right out. Again, the charges were really reasonable. What a find! A plumber who takes pride in their work and does a great job!

We called hoping they would be able to come today and they said they would call when they were on their way. It was not long after that they called and showed up. They got straight to work and fixed the problem that we could not have done on our own. They were gracious and we will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Oliver was very prompt (even early) and courteous.  He was finished in less than an hour and even explained the work he had done before leaving.  This is the third time we've used Venhoff and we've been pleased with the service every time.

It went well. The plumber was on time and neat in appearance. He went straight to work and finished his jobs in a timely manner. I had some new plumbing added and had updates in other places. The price was more than fair and he even came back for a follow-up call with no charge for the call. Very nice doing business with Venhoff.

Work was excellent ! Price was great ! Service flawless.

It went pretty well. The repairs were done successfully. I feel I can trust them, and they'll be the first call I make for plumbing issues in the future.

2nd time I have used Venhoff and I would use them again

I contacted Venhoff to request a consultation and estimate. The owner came the next day -- he could have come that same day but this was not convenient for me. We discussed the work and he gave me an estimate that was acceptable. He called the next day and the work was scheduled at a convenient time for me the next week. The workers showed up promptly, completed the work ahead of schedule, and were very neat.

The plumbers from Ven Hoff are very professional and knowledgeable. I have had them I think three or four times during remodeling and seen at least three different men. No problems at all. One thing I so much appreciate is that unless two men are required, Ven Hoff sends only one. Other plumbers I have used always send two men--and charge much more.
I also appreciate that when I call in and describe a problem, the man they send will be chosen because he is knows that particular kind of problem. For example, one of their men is very good with hot water heating and understands the workings of the furnace. Another may be better at something else. Again, I have called another plumber in the area, described the problem, and been charged despite the fact that neither of the two men sent knew diddly about that particular kind of problem.
Service is prompt and timely. Usually in a non-emergency situation there has been only a day or two between my call and the day of the appointment.
We are very pleased.

I couldn't believe I actually got an answer when I called at 3 in the morning during a flood . Our sump pumps (yes plural) stopped working during 7 inches of rain on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. Jason came out and did a wonderful job installing a new sump pump at 4 am. while standing in 2 foot of cold dirty water. Then because they charge a minimum of one hour , he hung around for the entire hour to make sure it was working properly. I will definitely recommend.

Workers installed the water heater quickly and with minimal disruptions. The price was good and the service prompt. Will definitely call Venhoff's Plumbing again in the future!

IOur sink backed up Thanksgiving Day and I called another plumber whom I

was to expect between 8 and 10 the next morning. They didn't show and

didn't call so I called Venhoff. They came promptly and fixed it. They

were very professional. I know who I'll call the next time I have a

plumbing problem.

I had a major water leakage and backed-up kitchen sink. This work was being done in preparation for installation of a new dishwasher. I have never been so pleased with a company. I have used them since 1997 when I moved here. They are reasonably priced, courteous and punctual, and their work is very high quality. I will never use another plumber.

Arrived promptly and completed work withing 1-1/2 to 2 hours. They were easy to work with and completed the work as discussed. The price I paid was the price I was originally quoted.

Venhoff's quote was the least expensive of the three companies I contacted. I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to come to my home for the quote as well as how quickly they were able to schedule the work. The workers showed up on time and finished two hours ahead of schedule. I am really pleased with the job they did.
