Jim Powell is a great landlord, they provide cheap rent in a good neighborhood. They have worked with us when we have been short on rent a couple of times.

I was extremely disappointed with ULP's handling of my son's decision to move out of Kurz Hall and into a rental house off campus. They egregiously charged him a $200 cancellation fee when they had numerous students on a waiting list. They filled his room immediately at no loss to them but still charged my son $200. I found ULP very difficult to work with on this matter and found their attitude to be arrogant and indifferent. I will NEVER recommend ULP to other potential UL parents.
