UNIQUE TILE

He seemed like a very capable person when I accepted his bid and to a certain degree he is however I think that he lacks some attention to detail. The restore job in the older bathrooms was very poor. Tiles were very uneven and after the job was done I truly wish that I had done it myself. It was even commented on by the plumber putting in the trim. On the smaller lower bath I think he did a good job with tile and floor. The master bath though was a bit disappointing. We had removed the entire floor down to joists and I assumed that he would make the floor level and even with the two adjoining rooms as the last tile had been. Neither was true and he had to sand the travertine which removed most of the honing but the floor was smooth and level afterward and we have acclimated to it. We had to place a threshold to mask the uneveness of the two floors unfortunately which is a bit of a reminder. Rick was a very nice person and probably an adequate tiler but on this particular job I was less than satisfied. I would probably look elsewhere for further work.

I LIKE HIM. I THOUGHT HE WAS VERY GOOD. JUST BY TALKING TO HIM, I THOUGHT THE MAN WAS A RELIABLE. HE SEEMED RELIABLE WHEN IT COMES TO DOING HIS JOB. HE HAD A SORT OF PRECISION. IF HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO BE HERE AT 8:00, SOMETIMES HE SHOWED UP AT 8:30. OTHER THAN THAT, HE WAS GOOD.
