They do get out and find what I want. I just tell them what I want. Couples of things have turned out more expensive than what I wanted. They check all their mails and calls. They get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. If they say 3’00 clock, they are here at 3’00 clock. The only time they were late was when they got stuck in a traffic jam and they called me. They are very professional. Their quality is pretty good.
