The staff was extremely courteous and I feel that I got a great deal on the truck. I was able to rent a large truck for the same price as smaller trucks. I requested the rental online and input pickup and return times, the guy at the desk told me I could return it later than the time I had requested for no charge which worked out great for me and my roommate. The staff was also thoughtful enough to remind me to hang out the receipt so that I can use the expense as a tax deduction. I will use the service at Bardstown Rd again and will recommend to my friends.

It's just an easy process. If you have your tank you just go in there and they fill it up for you. You don't have to call ahead. It's just a convenient location around here.

We rented a mid-sized truck for a local move. Staff were professional, courteous and sensitive to our needs. We will use this service again in the future, should the need arise.

I repeatedly called a closer location to rent a truck, but that office is short-staffed and doesn't answer calls. When I called the Bardstown Road office, they answered the call and were able to set me up with the truck I needed. When I needed a truck a few months later, I called them first, and again they were able to help me right away. Meanwhile, we moved our storage from the less-responsive location to the Bardstown Road location, as they are so professional and helpful. I go out of my way to use this location.
