Do NOT hire this company!! I can promise you will be sorry. The owner will do nothing but give you excuses and promises that never happen!! Hired them to do a koi pond for us. Project that he said would take 3-5 days. Promised start date but it was another almost 3 weeks until project actually started. 3 days in and very little work done, we told them not to come back. Wish I would have done my homework before instead of after as have since learned the company is in bad standing with the state, complaints on BBB, yelp, and google. Don?t take my word for it, google the company and owner. You might be surprised what you find, it?s public record

"I want to start by apologizing for your experience once again. As stated in my contract, this is a family-run business where we do our very best to stay true to our estimated start date, but sometimes things come up. In this particular situation, as you know, weather was the main issue. Excessive rain can hinder us from being able to build a strong foundation and structure for the pond, and that is exactly the reason the start time was delayed. You were insistent on monitoring and judging the progress of the pond hour by hour, which in turn made you anxious that we would not complete the build in time. Pond construction is a trust the process kind of project, and I guaranteed that if you gave us the requested amount of time, we would have had it completed on time?by Independence Day, per your request. Although we were weeks away from that deadline at the time, you backed out of the commitment and we stopped construction. As for the claims regarding BBB, Yelp, or Google, we acknowledge that no business is perfect, and while we have had challenges like any company, we always aim to learn, grow, and improve from every situation. We take customer satisfaction seriously and are committed to doing better."

Tim and his Crew arrived at the promised time, went right to work, quickly located the two Leaks in my two KOI Ponds, performed the repairs, cleaned both Ponds and were done in two hours. Quality of work performed and Pricing were outstanding. Will contact in the future if needed. Thanks, Lyndon A.

I’ve known Tim for a very long time. He runs every aspect of his life with one goal. Sharing the love. I don’t know if he says it or not but that is what comes off when you hang with Tim. The way he runs his business, the way he fathers his family and the way he acts with others. He is a consistent dude who is very authentic in everything he does. While I don’t actually have a pond, if I did, Tim would be my guy, no questions asked. If you need a pond service, Tim will take care of you. Hard work, diligent attention to detail, and a crew that works hard for him is what you’ll get. Special shout out to one of his main guys Gabe! Good dude.

On Oct 16 2023. Nov 7. I wrote a check for $24750.00. My original excavator quit (John turner) Articulate excavating LLC due to Two Fish taking so long to get the liner and being delayed. Two fish dropped off a much cheaper liner April 2. Which was approximately 6 months after I gave them the money for it. The liner that was dropped off was not up to the specs we agreed on so I had them remove it from my property. Two fish brought another liner but Tim never showed me an invoice for it. It wasn t but about half of other liner so he gave me a thousand dollars back. Finally they installed the smaller liner on July 9th. I complained about the installation process due to the manpower he had. They had no experience left pleats unfolded and now that the pond is finally full the view is horrible. The liner is above the water level wherever you look. Folds and ripples are all over. Also the air line for a bubbler was only buried about 1 inch deep. The bubbler stopped working August 16. Early September they picked up the compressor to get a new one. It s October 7 and still no bubbler. Total unprofessionalism start to finish

They did a good job of cleaning out my pond and replacing my pump. I did have to have them come back to try and hide the pump and the electric cord because they were laying out very visible and before you weren’t able to see the pump and the cord.

Tim is very engaged and responsive. His crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning and neglected Koi pond. I also needed a pump which was supplied and with a warranty. Iâ m very satisfied with the results. He gave me helpful information to take care of my pond.

Im writing this to let who hire him to be aware dont give him any money before he start the job I give him half my deposit $3321.48 on 4/7/22 he supposed to install my pond on 5/16 /22 the day come his excuses dont have supplies then weather excuses then family member dying, tress then weather to many excuses finally start. 12 oclock digging with the weather (97 degrees) send 3 young men ( kids ) with no water on hand just shoveds so unprofessional Im so nervous with this situation they digging about 2 hours haft of the circle then left because the heat I understand, but I cant deal with this no more ,,,I have to cancel my job with him make me more nervous and stress to deal with him the problems I have to deal with him now he ignored my phone call text and dont want to return my deposit back ( I willing paid whatever 2 hours they work on my yard half circle ) Im so stressed to deal with this a lot of money Im not recommended this for any one have to deal like this. Bad bad
