Twisted Board Construction

Oct 2016-contract was signed. December 2016 -down pmt of $7800 was paid and cashed. July 2017 and $12,800 later I still do not have the remodel completed. Chad has many many excuses for why the job is incomplete, mainly because "he's'a single owner and can only do so much". He has a woman who works for him, but she does not own a car and relies of his son to transport her to and from job sites. A "typical' work day for them was show up at 11am, work til noon, take and hour lunch, come back and work til 4pm. They showed up maybe two times a week for those hours. I have documentation and pictures to support my claim. I have filed complaints with thumbtack, the Akron BBB, and The State of Ohio Attorney Generals office. They left a mess of my kitchen. Wooden boxes hung on my walls with no shelves, doors or drawers. holes in my floor and electrical wiring hanging, and a mess of tools as well.

The crew was professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I will highly recommend his company to all my friends

Bad. December came and went and no work was done. Early January they worked 2 days and built 2 stick walls...they kept making commitments and never came through. I've asked them for $4000 of the 5000 Back and now they are back pedaling and aren't responding. I plan to sue them if I don't get the money back.

We sadly didn't go with this company just due to the amount of work we had to do we couldn't afford to have it done with this company but the prices were very reasonable and the amount of work they put into the estimate alone was amazing. I have referred them to other people just because I felt they were a great company and very detailed. We have not forgotten the name and hope to use them in the future. They had left a lasting impression with our family.
