HE'S ALWAYS IN A HURRY. HE DOESN'T DO HIS BEST JOB ALL THE TIME. HE PUTS THE MULCH ON TOP OF THE WEEDS. YOU SHOULDN'T DO THAT BECAUSE THEN THEY JUST GROW OUT OF THE MULCH. HE KIND OF COMES ON HIS OWN TIME. MOST OF HIS WORK IS WEATHER DEPENDENT.
