 + -1 moreI waited for over 6 months for John to complete the work and it is still not acceptable. Although his workmanship is good, his lack of timeliness, and responsiveness made him impossible work with. On my last communication with him, ( 6 weeks ago,he stated he would be out the next week to fix the poor workmanship. That was his second attempt to repair the stair rail. I decided to move on to another local iron works company to fix the problem. Almost 7 weeks later and I have still not heard from him.
Description of Work: Custom iron stair rail / balusters as well as cast iron fireplace mantel work
