Did good work and good job of cleaning up. They had the right equipment and manpower to do the job. They did miss a couple of bushes and some limbs that I didn't notice until they left. I took care of those and the price was adjusted fairly. They would have come back, but I was ready to put out some new plants and didn't want to wait. I didn't get any other bids as I thought theirs was fair and I had seen the quality of their work at other sites in the neighborhood. Overall, a good experience, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. Would call on them again.
Description of Work: Took out a number of trees, stumps and shrubs.

Tree Man was on time for the estimate and for all the work done over 3 days, tho I'm not sure why they waited until almost 10:30 each day to start, given the extreme heat we had then. The tree-climbing and cutting was done by one man who was actually a joy to watch; I'd say he earned honorary degrees in applied math and physics while climbing, balancing, and deciding just how to cut each tree down so that he didn't strand himself or cut off a tree limb too soon. He was able to drop the taller trees exactly where needed each time. Two other guys did a lot of the hauling and loading, and they were friendly tho reserved. Tree Man himself showed up mostly to supervise and to do the stump-grinding on the final afternoon. We are very satisfied with the work, the time it took to get it all done, and the final clean-up done performed the crew.
Description of Work: We contracted with the service following excellent referrals from our two daughters, each of whom had used the Tree Man's services and had been very pleased. We had gotten an estimate from another service but Tree Man was about half the cost, so with his estimate plus the good recommendations, we signed up for the work. We found the boss (he does like to go by the nickname Tree Man!) to be friendly tho not very talkative - but he was very open to our various needs (we had a large maple removed, plus 8 or so hemlock trees, 3 good-sized box elders, a redbud, and several magnolias). We added a good-sized magnolia to the list, plus a couple of bush honeysuckles, after the work had started and there was no problem. We also had several of the stumps ground down. All the work was done very satisfactorily despite the grueling heat, with temps reaching to 100 and a little higher each of the three days.
