Tim Holland is an 11 time sales award winner and a member of the Remax Sales Hall of Fame. He has served on the Board of Directors at the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. He has been a licensed real estate agent with Remax Associates serving Louisville, KY and the surrounding counties (Oldham, Spencer, Bullitt) for 15 years. Tim has experience in residential sales, new construction, foreclosures, investment property and auctions. He has an exceptional knowledge of the St. Matthews area where he has been a City Councilman for 5 years.
