Bob was great to work with. He came out and explained his selling and marketing process, he also walked us through comps in the area and we came to an agreed upon sale price (higher than other agents we talked to, who didn't show us their process). He then took the time to walk through our house and assess each room, making suggestions on things we could do to help get our house ready to be listed and look as good as possible, while answering any questions we had about the process. We got the house ready just as he advised, and once we were ready to go Greg came out and photographed the house. We were on the market later that night (earlier than anticipated), we received multiple offers and had a signed contract by the 3rd day at our asking price! We couldn't be happier with the results! Bob and his team stayed in contact with us throughout the rest of the sales process through closing. Highly recommend the Bob Sokoler team!

Bob and his team were great to work with. Everything was top notch, from the photos they took to the advise for prepping the house for sale, to the responsiveness to our questions. We had a bad appraisal which Bob immediately challenged and when everything fell apart Bob took the reigns and put our home back on the market immediately. Our home Sold in 3 days, for asking amount with a super smooth closing. Bob and his team have the tools, marketing power and expertise to get the sale done.

UNBELIEVABLE! Our house was on the market for 6 days and technically sold for more than we listed had the Bank not appraised for a lower amount. :( But that is totally out of these guys hands. Things went great! We had previously listed our home for sale with one of southern Indiana's largest real estate companies. We gave them two separate, 8-month opportunities to sell it. We only got one offer during those 16 months, and it fell through at the last minute. We finally decided to go with a different realtor in hopes of better results.
Bob did in three months what our other realtor couldn't do in 16 months ? he sold our house! When I interviewed new realtors, the professionalism of Bob's presentation blew away that of the other company. Even during our initial meeting, before he was hired, Bob gave me great tips of small things I could to do help sell our home--things our old realtor never even mentioned. I also think the videos Bob produces are excellent and of much higher quality than those offered by other companies. He doesn't set photos to music and call it a video ? he actually produces a video-walk through of your home that is narrated and posted on several websites. Bob is always looking for ways to be innovative and stay on the cutting edge of sales techniques.
Bob gave us great advice when an offer came in on our home and stood up for us with the buyers' listing agent when the buyers tried to add new criteria to the deal after the contract was signed.
I highly recommend his services to others, especially those with hard-to-sell homes.
The only downsides of our experience both related to office staff. We experienced slow response time in regard to one inquiry and received incorrect information about wiring instructions on a second occasion, which cost us an extra $40 in funds transfer fees.
