The people that home depot hired to install my carpet (Mohawk Carpet) did a poor job with bad carpet. I had wrinkles in my carpet after just 13 months in just 2 rooms.

I liked everything about them. They were very reliable. The furnace fan burnt out within two weeks; but they came right away and put a new one in. They said it was due to manufacturer because when they put it together, they didn't put it together properly and it got loosen up as well as burned off. They responded as soon as I called, so things happened. The workers were very professional. Everything is holding up great. I will use them again in the future.

THEY WERE QUICK. IN AND OUT IN ONE DAY. AND IT WAS DONE RIGHT, I DON'T SEE ANY SEAMS. THE FACTORY HAD TO MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR US, SO IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO GET DELIVERED, BUT THE ACTUAL WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE UPFRONT WITH US AHEAD OF TIME ABOUT THE DELAY.

AS FAR AS THEIR WORKMANSHIP IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THERE WERE PLACES WHERE THE CARPET KIND OF FRAYED AND THE CARPET WASN'T COMPLETELY PUT DOWN FLAT. WE HAD THEM BACK FOR BATHROOM FLOORS AND THEY REALLY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE US SO WE'RE DISSATISFIED WITH THEM.

OVERALL, I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY'VE BEEN COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE WHEN WE'VE ASKED ABOUT THINGS. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH IT. I WAS LEANING TOWARD ANOTHER COUNTERTOP AND THEY EXPLAINED THAT ONE DOESN'T HOLD UP AS WELL AND SO WE GOT ANOTHER ONE AND SO THEY'RE JUST HELPFUL.
