See above. The trees look like a child decorated them by randomly draping lights. The lights which were hung on the outside of my barn are partially non-operational ie the lights do not light. It is a disaster.
Description of Work: I hired the company to put up outdoor Christmas tree lights on 4 trees. I spoke by phone and in person to the alleged "owner" of the company and told him what I wanted. He told me how many lights he needed per tree, which I purchased. The workers failed to show on the original dates promised, and did not call. Upon my repeated calling they agreed to appear "first thing in the morning" on the 21st of November. They neither came nor called and instead, showed up around noon the next day without plugs or cords. They sent me to buy additional lights as well as the plugs and cords, as they said what their boss had told me was wrong. When they said they were finished, I wrote them a check, and then noticed the job was incomplete and not done as agreed. They agreed to fix it, and spent maybe a half hour doing so and then drove away without confirming that the job was acceptable. I called several times after that, and have never received a return call.
