Terry Sears Hardwood Floors, Inc.

Terry Sears is a fabulous floor-man! He did all the work himself, with no help. (He does employ some students who help him move furniture, if necessary.) He is very attentive to detail, and came up with several ideas that greatly helped the project. Punctual each day, he was finished in 5 days, as he said he would be. His price was equal or  less than the others we contacted. Overall, a great experience with a friendly man.

It went fantastically well. We turned the keys over and went on vacation. When we returned the floors were finished and cleanup complete. They were in contact with us throughout the week to let us know each day's progress and if we had any questions along the way they were always willing to answer and return the calls. Would highly recommend Terry if you truly want a custom job that is done to perfection!!

Terry did an amazing job!! He was a perfectionist. His work was beautiful! I cannot say enough nice things about him and his work. This is a craft for him. He is an artist with wood. I expected a huge mess. He vacuumed every night and there was very little dust when he was done. All of my friends and family who saw our floors were thoroughly impressed.
Would absolutely use Terry again and highly recommend him to anyone desiring to replace their floors with wood!!

Terry was at our house each day at the time he told us the previous day. Job was completed with care and no issues were identified before during or after the installation. He does an excellent job of explaining each step to you so you will know exactly what to expect. A survey was given to me to provide feedback on the work that he completed.

The only negative with using Terry is that he is always booked out two to three months in advance so you need to plan for this. For someone who does not advertise and is booked that far in advance it tells you something about the demand for his services.

Terry was prompt for both the estimate appointment and the hardwood service. Before we had the kitchen floors done, we had the kitchen cabinets replaced and relied on Terry to come out and replace some boards where we had torn out part of a wall. He was prompt and the boards were staggered in so that you couldn't even tell that the work had been done. For the refinishing part, he was prompt. The work took 4 days from start to finish.
He told me exactly what to expect and when to expect it and I can honestly say that his work is absolutely fantastic! He is meticulous and professional. I would hire him again in a flat minute. Our floors look awesome!
