The handicap equiped van was frequently sent to Superior for repairs, which sometimes worked when the van was brought back and sometimes did not - more often NOT. On this occassion, the van was sent for problems with the door. The door would not open or close correctly, and prevented the ramp from coming down, which makes it a bit difficult for a person in a wheel chair to enter or exit! The detail on the bill was "remove seat belt from sliding door and check the operation fo the sliding door". And I guess that is all they did was "CHECK" because when the van was returned, the door worked a couple of times and then stopped opening and closing again. We were forced to find another company which has successfully repaired the door and the ramp so that they now work correctly.
