StuffBusters Professional Organizing - Louisville

The contact was through phone and email.  All questions were asked and answered.  I did not use a service at all for the work due to the cost involved - family performed the job - which took months.  Very professional and calming in a stressful time.  I intend to use them for personal work in the future - once life settles.

Like others, I cannot say strongly enough how thrilled I am with StuffBusters. I was contacted promptly and the first visit scheduled. Since then, Bunny has been here weerkly. Most of my boxes have been unpacked and a full-home organization is underway and continuing. The positive attitude and energy she brings each time make the hard work fun, and I have been able to go through things and donate much no-longer-needed stuff. Each time she leaves, I know significant progress has been made -- and with each bit of progress comes more peace of mind. It's been a great investment fort me.
Getting a professional's help was something I promised myself some time ago and now that I've done it, I can attest that it's worth every penny and one of the best gifts I've ever given myself.

I cannot say enough good things about Stuffbusters. I am kicking myself for not taking before and after pictures because the transformation is nothing short of miraculous. So patient and friendly, Bunny made what could have been very difficult almost seem like fun. I love her to death and you would too.

I have been very pleased with her services. This is been life changing for me, I have always struggled with hording and organizing. Its more than just cleaning she helps me let go of stuff. Bunny has been excellent. She is very professional. Its a very positive experience.

I had recently joked to a friend   that I was " just a dead cat in the freezer away from my own episode [of Hoarders]".  But a house as cluttered as mine really isn't a lot of laughs.  Chronic disorganization had brought it to the brink of gridlock.  It was bad enough that inviting total strangers to come over and  dig into it  actually seemed like a good idea.  Lucky for me, the "strangers" turned out to be Bunny and her sister Noel. 
 In the couple of weeks  between setting the  appointment and the big day, Bunny and I exchanged several emails.  She asked good questions and paid attention to my answers. She is friendly, non-judgmental and sensitive to the issues people like me face at the prospect of hiring people like her.
Bunny and Noel made remarkable progress in two rooms in three hours. They brought an  energetic combination of professionalism and common sense.   They were responsive to my  particular challenges, accepting of my eccentricities and  focused on my priorities.    And they are coming back in a couple of weeks, and hopefully every couple of weeks after that  until my entire house looks like normal people live in it.

Patty is very skilled at asking all the right questions to assess exactly what your needs are and how you use your space, and has fantastic suggestions on how to get the most out of small spaces.   Most importantly, she is patient and very respectful of her client's home and their belongings, yet still able to encourage her clients to make the tough decisions that are necessary for change.  I'm looking forward to working with her again in the near future.
