Structural Bonding of Kentucky did such good work it has lasted for 13 years. They repaired a crack in our basement wall that was leaking moisture. We discovered it when we first bought the house. I called them to come out and fix it, and it has lasted all this time. Not a single leak, not a drop, nothing. It was perfect. It was a little pricey but it has lasted so long it was worth it.

Their representative arrive on time and quickly made the repair. I have had no trouble since the repair. I used this company to repair several other cracks in the basement walls before finishing the basement. That was about 15 years ago and I have not had any water problems since the repairs.

We noticed a significant amount of water in basement (up to 1/2" in places) where we had never had water before. Company owner (Greg) came out and identified the problem as a major vertical crack in in the wall. He pointed out water stains and how the water had come in and then flowed to other parts of the floor. He said it could have worsened because of summer drought and that recent high rain had found a way to get in. He provided and an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the repair a few days later. The technician called en route and showed up on time. He repaired the crack by using an expanding silicon adhesive. He looked at other parts of the basement to make sure there weren't other possible sources of the water. He was very helpful and informative throughout and I felt confident he knew what he was doing. The whole process took about an hour and a half and we haven't had even a trace of leak since.
