OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THE SOLVING OF THE PROBLEM WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I ALWAYS FELT THAT THE PERSON WAS BEING HONEST WITH ME. IF SOMETHING WAS GOING TO BE REPLACED, IT WAS REPLACED. OVERALL I FOUND THE SERVICE TO BE VERY EFFICIENT AND TRUSTWORTHY.
