After having paid over $3000 to store things here, we have had to throw away more than half of the belongings stored at this facility including books, papers, cushions, furniture and our christmas tree. I have two antique chairs that I can't decide what to do with. Besides the feces on the fabric I found out that mice urinate as they run around. So I am not sure if these can even be re-covered. Besides they will remind me of mice feces every time I look at them.
I can't even donate these items either as I am not going to give away something that was once covered in feces. I am also concered about the possibililty of bed bugs. I have not confirmed that my items have bed bugs yet, but if a unit next to you has them, then so will you.
Also, at some point new doors were installed for the unit and everything covered with wood and dust, etc., in addition to all the mice feces and urine.
