Dr Fulkerson treats my pets like they are her own. She always takes her time explain the treatment options and answering any questions my husband or I have. She has taken care of a tumor on our cat's tail, all of our animals exams and vaccinations, and was incredibly compassionate when we had to put our 14 year old beloved lab to sleep. We are so happy to have found her and won't take our animals anywhere else

I have had three cats examined by Dr. Yates and Dr. Fulkerson for various issues. Both doctors are extremely friendly, and understand that your pets are members of your family. Both Dr. Fulkerson and Dr. Yates are compassionate, caring veterinarians who go out of their way to make sure your pet receives the best treatment, even if that means taking the pet to another facility. The doctors always call me as soon as they obtain any laboratory results, and are vigilant in trying to diagnose symptoms that just do not add up. Their staff is always friendly, and they have one of the absolute cleanest veterinary hospitals I have ever visited. This is the best veterinarian I have ever been to, and I intend to keep taking my pets to Stony Brook Animal Hospital as long as Dr. Yates and Dr. Fulkerson are there.
