Steve Meyer Plumbing Heating & Air

I have used Steve's services for several years. He has many, many years of experience in plumbing, Heating, & air conditioning. He is the owner of the business & he is the one that comes when you call him. I previously used a big Heat/A/C company that charged me $166 a year for 2 inspections. Each time they sent out a young kid that tried to sell me a $400 piece of equipment for my furnace that I did not need. I quickly learned that Steve is honest & has never tried to sell me anything. The first time he inspected my A/C he told me it was in perfect shape & would last for years. He said at some point I might want to switch to a more efficient unit & estimated a price that was probably 40% below that of a big company. I usually wait until I have a plumbing problem then have him inspect my furnace/A/C while he's here. That makes it easier for him & a little less expensive for me. A couple of years ago he spent some time showing me how to make a plumbing repair I could not figure out. The next time that part broke I was able to easily fix it with a $2 part I got at Lowe's. Steve has a one man business so when I call with a minor problem I tell him it is not an emergency & to come when he can. Sometimes he comes the next day & sometimes it is a week. But I know if my A/C went out in the summer he would come quickly. He always comes when he says he will.  His price is always reasonable & he never makes a mess. It is rare to find someone like Steve who provides quality & honest service at a reasonable price.
