The staff at Sterling were courteous and responsive. It was easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me. Danny arrived at the scheduled time, he was honest, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. I purchased the service maintenance contract, after Danny explained the plan and benefits. I feel the price I paid was reasonable and fair, and I would recommend Sterling HVAC to others.

The folks at sterling were responsive, courteous, and accommodating. The price of a replacement furnace was much more reasonable than I’d expected (and better than other quotes I’d received). I was pleased with the install - it was relatively fast and painless - and if anything needs to be adjusted (I don’t expect iI t to), I fully trust they will make it right! No one likes the expense of a new furnace, but all in all, this was a great experience.

Paul showed up on time and was great. He explained what he was doing, and put up with my amateur handyman questions. When he found something that seemed questionable, he went above and beyond, taking extra time to check it out. It ended up being something that was OK, but not perfect. He offered an estimate for work to fix it, but he certainly didn't give me the fear-based sales pitch that could easily have come with any furnace work. I'd feel very comfortable with him/them working on my furnace in the future.

They were honest, efficient, thoroughly cleaned my furnace and a/c. I purchased their service contract. They did a good job and followed up. They were professional, polite, courteous, and reasonable with their prices. The staff was very experienced.

They came really quickly like within a couple of hours. They were in the neighborhood and guess they were available. What was really nice is that he made some suggestions that I might try before I replaced my air conditioner. They could have made money but they were honest and I liked that about them. If I do need something I would most likely use them from that experience. I loved them, they were great and I liked them.
