Steel Blades has been my lawn care service for many years. They also did some land scraping at my home and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years for there services. So after waiting 3 weeks this spring to get them here to mow I called and asked for a call back. After waiting 24 hours I contact another lawn service to mow. I called Steel Blades to tell them I no longer wanted there service as they were not reliable. The owner of the business John Steel told me his guys had been to my home on April 23, 2014 and mowed. I protested that as I was home that day as it was my day off. He got ugly with me on the phone and even admitted that he got my call but did not call back. I told him I would not pay for that day as it was not done. He called me back and said he looked at time cards and his guys were here. I told him I would not pay for that day. He said I will send a bill for that day. When the bill came in my dead Father's name I was devastated. I choose to pay the bill so the likes of Mr. Steel would not damage my dead Father's name or credit. I paid the bill in full and sent a letter with the check that told him I would write a review on Angie's list about his very poor business practices.

They come out every week. They just do a great job. They are very conscientious.

Exceeds my expectations.

I love not having to remember to buy the fertilizer and weed killer. I especially like having someone else do the work for me. I know that this company does the landscape at my office complex. They also do snow removal in the winter.

I would give them an A+ for quality of work and professionalism.
