As forecasted, Stanek took 6 weeks to custom build the window. A week before the projected installation time, we received a call to firm up the installation date. The work crew showed up on time and ready to go to work. They set up the work area, inspected the windows to be removed, laid down drop cloths inside the house to prevent any mess and planned the sequence of the work. I was impressed that they had a plan and then worked the plan.
Mike and Brian were all business -- very concise, precise and professional. What impressed me most was that quality always took precedence over speed. The replacement windows went in smoothly. Once the windows were in place, they finished the outside so that the finished product looked considerably better than the original windows that were replaced. All waste was pick up and disposed of, old windows were carted away. Very pleased with the results. My compliments to the employese at Stanek Windows and Great Day, Inc. They know their business and how to take care of the customer.
