He’s great if you can afford it. He’s a concierge doctor where you pay $1200 a year and he’ll see you that day.

I like that I can talk to her and she sometimes anticipates things before they happen and prevents them from happening again. We just have a good rapport.

He is extremely positive. He is thorough. He will refer to others if he needs to. He is a private physician therefore he requires an extra fee over and above the billing charge.

I really do like Dr. Rueff. He has gotten me through some hard times. I like that he will send me prescriptions if I call his office and describe my symptoms. I don't need to have an appointment just to get antiobiotics for instance. Probably because I have been his patient for such a long time he knows what to expect.
Last year Dr. Rueff became a "personal" physician which is really good except that it costs an extra $1000 out of pocket expense to be part of his network of private patients. I am probably going to have to look for another doctor since I can't afford the yearly
cost of $1000. But he is a great doctor and is also a Christian which is important to me.

I am currently and quot;shoppingand quot; for a new endocronologist because I just do not fit well with this office and doctor. My previous endocronologist was fabulous, but I moved and obviously needed to find a doctor in Louisville. I've seen two doctors on staff and neither have a very wholistic approach. I am very fortunate to be in good physical health despite being diabetic for 24 years, but I do have a few issues that I need help tackling as far as blood sugar control. Both doctors look at JUST diabetes and not the person and that simply does not mesh well with my personality.
Additionally, I have had issues with scheduling. I once had an appointment that needed to be rescheduled and when I showed up for the newly rescheduled appointment, the office was closed for computer system trainings. When I asked about this, they explained that's why there was an error, they had been getting a new computer system. I was floored. No apology. I was the person bothering them. I haven't been back since.

During an appointment, Dr. Mandzy sensed a problem and ordered a CT scan. When she had the results of the scan, she called the patient at home to advise him of a problem detected by the scan. With the patient's consent, she arranged for the patient to see a specialist within a week of the date the scan was performed.

I like everything about them. My doctor is awesome. You never have to wait. They are very professional. All the people working there are wonderful. The nurses and the doctors are very highly respected. They are very thorough. My doctor always sends all my lab work to me whenever I go in for a routine check-up. He does every level including cholesterol, potassium, and sugar. I really like that. No doctor has ever done that for me. I will continue to see him in the future until I move.

My previous physician retired, and she took the spot. She's actually much better than the previous physician. She has a little bit of a language problem because she's a Somali. However, she spends a decent amount of time with you and goes through the prognosis in detail.
