Every single thing I did with them was bad. I didn’t think they were honest with me and they took forever to get back to me. The billing was always a problem and the service was poor. There was nothing I was happy with. To be a better company they can be punctual and honest to their customers. They can also do something to prevent errors in billing. The thing that was the most telling to me is that there was a problem and I told them to fix it in a week or I will go to another carrier and they never got back to me. The day after I switch a manager called me to see how she could help me.

The sales people were helpful, and honest when advising whether or not to get insurance on the phone. I ended up skipping the insurance and buying a good case.
