SPLASH AND DASH CAR WASH

When I arrived at home from the car wash I discovered that my antenna had been broken and stored in my trunk. I had spoken to the owner, he put my bags into the car and we discussed the condition of the paint and the dirty spots that had been missed before I got in my car. I figured if he had known it was broken he would have mentioned it. I was wrong. I called and was told he would call me back. After 30 minutes I returned to the car wash and discussed the situation with the owner. When I told him my antenna was broken, he responded saying that he knew it had been broken, but the car wash was not responsible for broken antennas and he placed it in the trunk. When I expressed my concern over him not having mentioned it he responded that he did not have responsible employees and that there was nothing he could do or say to make me feel better. Tim Usher and the employees at Splash and Dash were highly irresponsible and totally unprofessional in the manner in which they handled my car.
