Nathan was very helpful from the very start. He gave me the answers I needed to start the process and was positive and knowledgeable. Nathan gave me options and explained them professionally in terms I could understand. He coached me and gave me confidence in the process. When I needed a push Nathan got me going, When the mortgage came through, like he said it would, Nathan was there to guide me through the closing and to tend to last minute details. I'm a Real Estate Broker in Florida and I recently had a nightmare experience with some buyers on a listing of mine that ended up falling through because the buyers lender dropped the ball and couldn't get it done. After getting my listing under contract again the buyers lender ended up being Nathan. Honestly after my precious experience with the last lender, I was pretty nervous about having another bad experience since Nathan was out of state and I wasn't familiar with him and his company. It turned out there was nothing to be nervous about at all. Nathan was on top of the transaction and all the details from the get go! Very well. I had several competitive offers, but Nathan was the only person who asked about my particular needs, rather than just quoting rates. Because I was refinancing a rental, he recognized there was a possibility that I would sell the property in the near future. Nathan explained the possibility that I might not recover all the money I might spend on points, depending on when I sold the property. I ended up selling the house two years later, and Nathan's advice saved me a couple thousand dollars. In addition to his competitive rate, it was his willingness to understand my individual situation that won my business.
