SOUTH END GLASS & MIRROR

We had our bathroom remodeled and in doing so, i needed privacy added to our full size window which faces the front of the house because a claw tub would be positioned in front of the window ad in the picture below. My contractor contacted a window company in louisville ( Southend glass and mirror) who assured not only my contractor but myself that noone would be able to see through the window after they installed their product. The day the gentlemen was here to install the glass, he had me go outside and see if i could see him, which i couldn't during the day. Fast forward to about a month later and we had gone out and returned home around 11 and upon pulling up i realized i had forgot to turn the bathroom light off and also realized i could clearly make out the entire tub from the street at night and panic set in. I had my husband stay outside and i went in and took my clothes off as if i were going to take a bath and he took pictures from outside the house. Little did i know, but i had been putting on a show for the neighbors and i was humiliated because thats definitely not me. I never thought to check the window at night as you couldnt see anything during the day. I took the company at their word and they LIED. I have tried numerous times to contact them as spending that kind of money $636 I wanted my money back and they sent me this ( pictured below) to cover up the window which in our opinion looks like white duct tape and is hideous and im not having that fave the road in a nice home. That would just be awful. We have tried to contact the owner on multiple occassions regarding this matter as i was trying to be nice and have yet to hear anything back from the business much less him. I know hes married and his wife wouldnt be happy if this had happened to her either. So here i am, broadcasting this now to the public as well as i will be contacting BBB so hopefully noone else buys from this company as they are dishonest and pictures( pictured below) say it all. I did cover up my rear but you get the point. You can definitely see skin, not a shadow like they said over and over again. DONT SHOP WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE. Please share to prevent someone else from facing the same humiliation as me for a month

I WAS SATISFIED, I WAS TRYING TO GET A HOUSE READY FOR SALE AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I DIDN'T WANT TO REPLACE THE WHOLE WINDOWS AND THEY SAID THEY COULD MAKE INDIVIDUAL PANES. I HAD NOTHING TO COMPARE THE PRICE WITH, SO I DON'T KNOW IF THE PRICE WAS GOOD OR BAD. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND OF MINE.
