Plumbing
The plumber showed up worked very hard the first day, with 3 workers, collected a partial payment. Then the work slowed to a crawl, after weeks he finally was finished and had told me everything was done and had been inspected, clearing the way for the drywall. I became suspicious when I did not have a sticker issued by the city. When I called the city, to my surprise they had no record of a permit or inspection ever being issued (I had my electric and heating, and framing) The plumber Chad, said there must be some mistake, and proceeded to give several different versions of what happened. Now he does not return phone calls.
