We visited the Fisher Park Drive (Westport Rd) store twice in August to check out Tempurpedic mattresses. The salesman, TomW, was helpful both times. After the first visit and narrowing our selection, I went on-line to do some research at sites like Sleep Like the Dead and Consumer Reports. We almost went with a similar mattress (at least it seemed so) from a highly regarded on-line retailer, Bed in a Box. For a number of reasons however, we decided to go with the Tempupedic (even though it was about $1000 more). They were able to deliver the next day. The delivery guys were good and moved our old mattress downstairs to a spare room. All-in-all a good experience. We love the tempurpedic, though it seems like a lot of money for a mattress.
