Sit Stay Play

We took our 9 month old Lab puppy for a daycare evaluation and he passed. We were told he would not be crated and would hangout with about a dozen other dogs his size in a play area. This is perfect as our boy loves playing with other dogs and needs to expend some puppy energy while we are at work.

When we returned to pick him up that afternoon he was crated. We were told he counter surfed during lunch, something we were not told was an offense at checkin, and that they found some dog poops in his play area but had no idea which dog did them. Since our puppy was new they said they were holding him responsible. However they were cleaning up other poops when we arrived which could not have been his. Our puppy is completely potty trained and in fact won't even poop on a walk or at the dog park.

As soon as he was uncrated he ran to us and immediately wanted out to pee. He apparently had not had a bathroom break in hours and peed for several minutes.

So in total the dogs were unsupervised to the point that they had no idea who had pooped. The dogs apparently do not get regular breaks since they were cleaning up poop when we arrived and admitted to doing so throughout the day. Our puppy was crated when we were told he would not be. And he was crated for hours without a bathroom break.

We will not return to this place and do not recommend anyone else use their services.

She is very good with animals. I am always impressed she can walk 8 dogs at one time.
