It went great! Mr. Shults was quick to come out and give me an estimate and quick to return to do the work. The price was reasonable, and they did a great job cutting back the limbs and of cleaning up the debris after. I will definitely call them if i need to hire a tree servicee again.

Phil Shultz provided the best estimate and timeframe to cut down 3 tree for me. One of the trees (cedar) was growing into my main power line and the other two (Osage orange) were dropping their fruit onto my parking pad, making it impossible to park there during the fall. Phil did a great job considering the weather (ice/freezing rain/snow). He even left me a big mulch pile from the cedar tree (per my request). The price was pretty good, compared to others who wanted way too much to cut down a tree.

I am extremely pleased by the professionalism and quality of the work. I had been putting off trimming these trees for quite a while. The price that I was quoted was lower than anywhere else I checked, but the job they did was second to none. Not only did they get up into high trees (some were over 50 feet) they cleanly trimmed out the limbs, raked everything up and grinded away the stumps. It looks great!

I have used Phillip Shults for 15 years as I have a large property. He has done everything from take downs small trees to bringing in a crane and removed trees over buildings. He was always professional , safe and did a good job cleaning up,.

Phillip Shults is the guy I dealt with. I was very happy with him. He was really good. I liked that he came out and he wanted to talk to me. We went to both the properties together. I didn't have to pay him until after the work was done. He did the work the next week after he came out. We did have some rain and he had to put off one of the properties, but it worked well. I was very satisfied with him. He cleaned everything up even the stuff that was there before like the limbs that had fallen down by mother nature. I had a few things that were extra down there. We couldn't cut the grass since there was a lot of junk on the ground. So, he came back and cleaned up some more. I was very happy with that. They charged us $250 per tree. So, it was $1700 for one property. He also trimmed some bushes that I had. He said that he doesn't trim bushes, but he did a very good job and he cleaned up all that too. I was very happy. He did a great job and I would use him again. I got him from my brother. I only have three trees and some bushes on my other property.

I had this company to my house a second time to remove broken tree limbs due to the January ice storm, and to remove two large trees. The cost was $2,500.00. He had done previous work which was satisfactory but this time he DOUBLED the cost. (He went from $450. for a large tree to $900. for a large tree.) Also, one of the workers badly damaged a shrub along the driveway and oil dripped from a vehicle onto the driveway. At one point, I had to call them to tell them to return to complete the job which was to grind out the two wood stumps. Also, one of the workers took the liberty to urinate at the side of my driveway---albeit, his back was turned and he was standing beside an evergreen tree. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will NEVER ask them to do future work on my property.

Different factors play into each job individually. As you can ask any Tree Expert - no job is cookie cutter price. Also, the cost of gas, supplies, etc goes up and that is also considered in the estimated price. Ultimately, each customer makes the final decision based on the estimated price before any job is to be started. I'm sorry that you felt you were overcharged for the services that our company rendered as we felt we did you a good job at a fair price that you agreed on upon before signing the initial contract. 2. I was never aware of a bush that was damaged on your property until I read your review. I wish you would have let me know immediately when this occurred. 3. As far as a worker urinating in your yard - we pride ourselves on upholding professionalism in our company at all times. WELL, MY HUSBAND DEALT WITH THEM AND HE SEEMED TO THINK EVERYTHING WAS FINE. PROFESSIONALISM WAS EXCELLENT. THEY REMOVED IT PROPERLY AND CAME AND TOOK IT AWAY.
