We convert the existing shelves in your kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, pantry or anywhere you have storage space into more practical and usable space with custom Glide-Out shelving from ShelfGenie that place Everything Within Reach! Our experienced Designers will create a custom Glide-Out solution tailor made for your cabinet storage needs, increasing usable storage space while improving both organization and accessibility. We offer free Design Consultations! A 50% deposit is due at the time an order is placed, and the remaining balance is due after installation. Our first contact with Shelf Genie was at the Home Show at the Expo center. The folks at the booth very polite and helpful with our questions. We made an appointment for Charlie to come out and give us a proposal. Charlie showed up on time for the appointment and spent a significant amount of time working with us to plan out what would work best in our kitchen. He did not rush through anything and was extremely helpful. He then priced out everything in an itemized format so we were able to pick and choose what was the best combination within out budget for the project. There was no pressure to up sell or to get us to buy more. It was simply left at if you ever want to do the other pieces, just give us a call. The next step was for Mike (the installer) to come out and do measurements. Mike showed up on time for the appointment, was professional and polite. Once the shelving units were in and ready for install, Mike promptly contacted us to make the appointment to do the install. He again showed up on time and did a fantastic and quick job of getting them installed. He was helpful in making sure the cabinet shelving was placed exactly how we wanted it. Overall we are extremely please with the end result. The fact it was a hassle free and very professional job that was done only makes it better.

Everything was top notch. A representative came to visit, surveyed what we needed, offered options and suggestions. We signed up and a second representative came to do the precision measurements. Lastly, a third representative came and did the installation. All of them professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. We chose the middle-ground wood glide-outs, which was a good choice. These are so solid and glide so easily, I think the quality is excellent.

I am extremely disappointed in your review, and I take it personally when any of our clients is less than 100% satisfied with their experience with ShelfGenie of Kentucky. Your installation, however, was highly customized and our Installer, Mike, went over and above by agreeing to locate, purchase and install hinges for your cabinet that would allow you to maximize the width of your Glide-Outs. This is not a service customarily provided by ShelfGenie, but was, instead, an effort undertaken by Mike on his own initiative to maximize your storage space. I apologize that Mike was unable to install the hinges as quickly as you would have liked, but he spent a considerable amount of time – for which he was not compensated – in attempting to locate the hinges you desired at Lowes, Home Depot and several other hardware stores, before finally ordering them online after you were dissatisfied with the color of the hinges he had purchased and presented to you. As for your objection to our prices, I am the first to admit that our Glide-Outs aren't cheap and we do not apologize for our prices. Our Glide-Outs do, however, provide superlative value: they are made with premium grade materials, are installed by a Certified ShelfGenie Professional Installer, and are backed up by an outstanding warranty. It turned out very well. It was very expensive for the shelving. The product was lovely and it's extremely expensive. I was going to have them do more work but, they are too expensive. It took about four weeks for them to get to me. He was on time, courteous, efficient and it was done in half a day, it took just a few hours.

The schedules got a little mixed up but they got it together and were very nice and informative. My mother didn't want the services so I couldn't proceed but the company was very nice.

I had a very good experience. I spent about $1500 because I did several things all at once. I would recommend them. I let them talk me into a cabinet even though I could have done without it. But I as satisfied with it.

It went very well. The shelves are high quality and hold heavy loads of food. The carpenter was very professional and did an excellent job of measuring everything so the installation was smooth.
