About us
We are a small animal hospital offering medical and surgical care to dogs and cats. We are also small in the fact that we have only 5 employees in addition to the veterinarians. Our goal is to be big enough to address your pet's health care, yet small enough to know you and your pet. We have been in business in the Highlands since 1987. Our children have eaten, slept, and played in the same rooms into which you will bring your pets. We live in the community and subscribe to the ideals of supporting local business and "keeping louisville weird".

I cannot say enough about the doctors and staff at Seneca as they are compassionate, professional and always accessible.
I called that morning. We got Molly in right away. Dr. Green spent time examining Molly and answering my questions. She also discussed issues with me about my other animals. When she took Molly from the room to shave her belly to check her spay incision, she brought Molly back looking slightly better as they had removed some knots from Molly's fur as well. (I had told Dr. Green Molly was having a hard time cleaning herself and I was having a hard time cutting out the knots.)
She called in a perscription for a liquid antibiotic to a local pharmacy for me which I picked up the next day.
Two days later Dr. Berlin called to see how Molly was doing even though they knew it might take a day or two for the antibiotic to help. The doctors at Seneca Animal Hospital always follow up to check on the animal and see if you might have additional questions.
