He helped me to negotiate the purchase price. He helped me work with the relocation company on the house and set up different services the house needed, like termite services and inspections. He is very knowledgable about what he does. He is extremely helpful. He is awesome. He doesn't pressure you. It took almost a year for me to find a house, and I didn't feel like he was rushing me to find something. We made a couple offers on some homes that didn't go through. He didn't just show me homes. He wrote up the contracts on a couple different ones until one finally went through.
